Time to end this list with the best one which isn't even a game but more. It only has 8 levels but it is definitely worth it. This one pays homenage to Halloween themes and Castlevania in a quite charming way. The controls are a little flawed but the rest of the game is pretty good. The grandpa of Mario fan-games that was pretty influencial. I personally dislike the new versions though but the old ones are classic. The hub world has the original adventures, and other ways to play the game. There is a lot of variety when it comes to the Hub world. (Super Mario All Stars edition) Not only it references, but it also tries a lot of new ideas which work like a charm. This one is a charming and classic homenage to Super Mario Bros. This one's a classic and considering this was made in 2003, it was definitely ahead of its time, being one of the best fangames of all time in the 2000s and heck, it might still be. Probably the first mario fangame ever made. I must say, I hated the Phantoon boss, which I already hated on the original Super Metroid :/ But that's maybe just me. All the bosses are pretty unique and fun to play and not to mention, it is quite a challenging game as well! The controls are a little too sensitive but they aren't bad if anything. The game is basically an homenage to bosses from other videogame franchises like Kirby, Sonic, Metroid, Mega Man and other franchises. It tries a lot of new stuff and the game results as a great game.Ī game with a collection of 35 bosses to play from.
It isn't really Mario 64 in 2D all the way, because it implements things like Mario Sunshine shine sprites and Fludd, Galaxy's launch stars and graphics from Yoshi's Island and the Mario and Luigi series. It builds up in the concept of the 3D games and it takes the design of 2D and as a result, its quite one charming and fun adventure. In my opinion (and a lot of people's), the best Mario flash game. the games made by Nintendo are not the only worth games talking about, what about the Fan-made? You might be thinking a lot of the bad flash games on the internet but you might didn't know, there are good flash/not flash fanmade mario games! So let's not beat around the bush any longer, I wanna talk about some I have in mind. You name it, SMB, SMB3, SMW, SMG4, SMS, SMG, SMG2, SMO, etc.
People who consider themselfs a Mario fan (Like me), talk about the plumber's games and such. Mario is definitely the most popular Videogame mascot and we all know at least one of their games. Just because I took a break from uploading content on YouTube doesn't imply I took a break on uploading content in other websites.
